Hi there,

Well, I’ve got lots to say today. I just want to thank anyone who is reading this entry for the wonderful gifts at the baby shower, on June 21st, 2008. It was very nice of all of you. My kid will look like the most snazziest kid on the block. She was definitely spoiled that day, and I will make sure to take lots of pictures of her dressed in her duds. :) I posted a gallery link in the pictures section, so you can view the baby shower pictures there, if you wish.

Also, on June 26th, 2008, I had the opportunity to have my 3d/4d ultrasound done. Seriously, this was the most amazing experience of my life! Birth is one thing, I’m sure. But, to actually see your child in utero, and wiggle around? Seriously the best experience of my life! We did confirm at the ultrasound that she is definitely a she! So, YEP, WE’RE HAVING A GIRL 100%! I’ve posted all of the 3d ultrasound pictures in the gallery as well, so you can take a look. Some of them shouldn’t have been saved, but Oh well! There’s a cute picture of her with her index finger (I hope) underneath her chin.  She was very shy. The technician had to push on my belly a few times to get her to turn around. I found out where she was pushing was the baby’s bum. :o) Anyway, she would turn around, and put her hands infront of her face - or even put her thumb in her mouth. We did indeed see that she likes to suck on her thumb. There was a picture of her gnawing on her thumb too. Very adorable. Now, all we need to do get her out, and name her!

We’ve purchased the paint for the baby’s room. It’s called “Lilac Bouquet”, which is a very soft mauve colour. It’s very soothing, and I personally love the colour! I also purchased a 3 piece matching outfit for her, while I was out too. I seriously couldn’t resist! Anyhow, this Momma’s tired now from doing all of the fixes you see within the site. Welcome!

This is just a little blog, updating you all on how my 3rd trimester is going. For those who don’t know; my due date is August 25th 2008. Currently, I am 29 weeks, and 3 days. This site is just made to document my last trimester of pregnancy, and the arrival our daughter.

On June 26th, I have my 4d Ultrasound booked. I will also have these placed on the site as well when I have them. Daddy and I are anxiously awaiting our daughters arrival. I couldn’t wait to see her. Waiting for things have never been a strong trait of mine. ;)

Here are the stats from my last doctors appointment:

Fundal Height: 33 CM (up 3cm’s from May), my weight has gone up a little bit, but that’s because my girl is packing on the poundage (and so am I. Darn chocolate cravings!) At 7 months, my fundal height is still within the average.

My heart rate was 112/80, and hers was 156, which is still very awesome. I also had my glucose testing, and so far I haven’t heard any results from it. No news is good news.
